The automatic switchboard number of the U1960 cannot be set to an intra-office short number or the long number of a user. If the automatic switchboard number of the U1960 is set to an intra-office short number or the long number of a user, others cannot reach this user after dialing the short number or long number but instead, they are connected to the switchboard.

The customized voice files of the U1900 must meet the following requirements: 1. The codec is G.711a. The announcement recorded is in mono .pcm or .wav format. The sampling rate is 8 kHz, and the sample precision is 8 bits. The duration does not exceed 5 minutes, and the size does not exceed 2.5 MB. Voice files must be named after voice channel ID, for example, 252.pcm. The length of the voice file name + file name extension name (252.pcm) cannot exceed 128 bytes. Otherwise, an error will occur when loading voice files through the web management system. Two methods are available: use the phone to record custom announcements which can take effect immediately, or use the professional record software to record custom announcements and then load the recorded voice files to the system through the web management system.
