When the U1900 deployed in two-node cluster runs in cold standby mode, how to synchronize the backup data from the active device to the standby device?

1. Ensure that the active and standby U1900s have the same hardware configurations.
2. Back up the data.bin file and voice files of the active U1900 and then load these files to the standby U1900.
3. The U1911, U1960, U1980, and U1981 support the two-node cluster hot standby mode. The U1910 and U1930 support the cold standby mode.
