On FusionStorage, choose System > Users and security > User Management.
The User Management page is displayed.
Enter the username and click .
The user that meets the search criteria is displayed.
Locate the row that contains the user whose password needs to be reset and click Reset Password.
A dialog box is displayed.
Enter a new password and the confirm password.
The new password must comply with the pre-configured password policies.
Click Reset.
The password of the user is successfully reset.
To reset a DEC6001 decoder, use a needle-type object to hold down the RESET button on the decoder for more than 3s to restore the device to factory defaults.
Note:
The default user name and password for logging in to the DEC6001 web page are admin and HuaWei123 respectively.
After the device is restored to factory defaults, the IP address of the decoder is restored to 192.168.0.120.
During the device restart, enter R when the system prompts you to press R to restore the default password. At the prompt "[.Conform to restore password.](Y/N):>", enter Y. The following information is displayed:
Success to restore default password!
Success to save default password!
Then, you can use the default password to log in to the gateway.
