Huawei eSpace 7900 and 8900 series IP phones support the dialing rule configuration.
If the number a user dials matches a preset dialing rule, the IP phone automatically converts the number according to the rule and calls the converted number when the preset delay time expires.
Note:
Dialing rules apply to manual dialing and outgoing calls from the directory and call history.
The maximum size of dialing rules configured on the IP phone is 1024 bytes.

Insert digits
For example, if you need to prefix an 8-digit number dialed by a user with 0, set Dialing Rules to <:0>XXXXXXXX.
