You can add cameras one by one or in batches using a wizard or on the device management tab page.
The VCN3000 supports cameras that comply with the HWSDK, HIKSDK, DHSDK, AXISSDK, ONVIF, TEYES, or GB/T 28181 protocol.

The VCN3000 supports online and offline device statistics. The detailed procedure is as follows:
Step 1 Log in to the C/S client.
Step 2 Choose NMS > Report.
Step 3 Select Report type as Device online rate statistics report or Device offline rate statistics report.
Step 4 Click Generate.
The possible causes are as follows:
1 The alarm linkage action of linking preset positions has been configured for the camera.
2. Preset positions have been configured for the camera during sequencing resource setting. The solution is as follows:
Step 1: Check whether the alarm linkage action of linking preset positions has been configured for the camera.
Step 2 Check whether the camera exists in the sequencing resources and preset positions have been configured for the camera.
In the case of a single cluster:
VCN3000 series: Allows 3�C16 VCN3000s to be deployed as a cluster.
VCN500 series: Allows 3�C8 VCN500s to be deployed as a cluster.
The VCN500 and VCN3000 cannot be deployed in the same cluster.
