Why cannot video channels of Hikvision cameras be queried on the camera management page and device management page on the C/S client?

The possible cause is that camera's video channels are disabled because of empty channel filtering. Delete the camera from the camera management page and add it again. Check whether the fault is rectified. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers for assistance.
