What can I do if I forget the IP address and administrator user name and password of the VCN500?

To obtain the administrator user names and passwords, perform the following operations:
? The default user name and password for logging in to the VCN500 server are admin and Change_Me, respectively. You can re-install the VCN500 server to reset the password.
? The default user name and password for logging in to the VCN500 C/S client are Admin and Change_Me, respectively. See Security Maintenance > Application Layer Security > Resetting the Password of the Administrator in the product documentation to reset the administrator password.
? The default user name and password for logging in to the VCN500 OMU portal are Admin and Change_Me, respectively. See Security Maintenance > Application Layer Security > Resetting the Password of the Administrator in the product documentation to reset the administrator password.
