Can I label some recordings of the VCN500 so that they will not be deleted or replaced by certain recording rules?

Call records and logs can be deleted on the web interface. You can delete call records on the call page. You can choose Maintenance > Logs and delete logs (including logs of 9000 series endpoints and of TE series endpoints) in Logs.

After a device is deleted, all recording files of the device will be deleted at the same time. 2. The platform deletion policy automatically deletes platform recordings. The options of recording policies are complete storage and video archival.The original recording files are deleted only when the storage space meets a specified requirement.
