The Huawei ViewPoint endpoint supports the H.261 and H.263+ protocols.
Step 1. To enable the H.261 protocol on the ViewPoint 8000 series endpoint, log in to the endpoint through Telnet and run the following command:
mc videoCap add main h261 cif
mc videoCap add aux h261 Qcif
Step 2. To display the H.261 protocol option on or remove it from the remote control UI, run the following command:
rc set h261 on//Display the option:

To enable the H.263+ protocol on the ViewPoint 9000 series endpoint, log in to the endpoint through Telnet and run the following command:

NOTE: For V100R011C02 and later versions, the H.263+ protocol is disabled for the video by default, but it is enabled for the presentation by default. For versions earlier than V100R011C02, the H.263+ protocol is disabled for the video and presentation by default.
