How can I view MCU alarms?
80The methods of viewing alarms of ViewPoint 8000 series and VP9000 series MCUs are similar.
Method 1: Take the ViewPoint 8650 as an example. Log in to the web interface and click Alarms at the lower-left corner of the page to display the alarms.
Method 2: Log in to the MCU in CLI mode.
Assume that the CRT tool is used to log in to the MCU in SSH2 mode.
Notes: For ViewPoint 8650C/8650/8660 VxxxR007C02 and later versions and VP9630/9650/9660, the default login user name and password are admin and Change_Me, respectively. For the other versions of ViewPoint 8000 series MCUs, the default login user name and password are admin and admin, respectively.
Start the CRT tool, create a connection, and set the connection type to SSH2. Enter the host IP address and user name and retain the default settings of the other parameters. Then click Connect. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the correct password and click OK to log in.
Run the dis al command to view alarms. If you do not understand the alarm, send the command output to Huawei technical support engineers.
Method 3: Check the alarm indicators on the MCU hardware device.
