How to configure the TE50 to output video images for the chair site and local site at the same time

Possible cause: A loopback test is being performed at the local site. Troubleshooting: Stop all local and remote loopback tests.

You need to first set continuous presence on the MCU and then select video images of multiple sites on the TE30.

If you want to hear the local site when using the TE50 to hold a conference, try the following method: 1. Use an audio mixing console for audio output. 2. If a common microphone is connected to the endpoint through the XLR or RCA port, connect a speaker to output port group 1 on the endpoint and enable the audio in local output function. 3. If a VPM220/VPM220W microphone array is connected to the endpoint, connect a speaker to output port group 2 on the endpoint (SPDIF) and enable the SPDIF function. Playing the local sound at the local site may cause high-pitched squealing.

The possible causes and solutions. Cause 1: The local video module is faulty. Solution: Perform a video loopback test. If the problem persists, contact the distributor for maintenance. Cause 2: The remote camera is set to focus on a near or far scene: When the scene captured by a remote camera is changed, the remote video is not clear because the remote camera is not set to focus automatically. Solution: Set the main camera of the remote site to focus automatically. Cause 3: When the conference rate is lower than 256 kbit/s, the audio protocol is set incorrectly. For example, in the Call Statistics screen, if the conference rate is 256 kbit/s but the audio bandwidth is 64 kbit/s, the video bandwidth will be only 196 kbit/s. Therefore, the video quality is poor. Solution: If the conference rate is lower than 256 kbit/s, set the audio protocol to G.728 to reduce the bandwidth used for audio transmission. Cause 4: Low video bandwidth is available for the local site because the network is busy. Solution: Try to avoid initiating a conference when the network is likely to be busy. Cause 5: Certain data is lost during transmission, because the quality of a network connection device (such as an optical fiber transceiver) is poor. Solution: Replace the network connection device (such as the optical fiber transceiver).
