How can I import and export the contacts list on the TE Mobile?

The SMC1.0 does not provide an interface for independently exporting the site list but provides an interface for backing up database data.

Search for a contact as follows: Tap Search on the top of the Contact page and enter the user name, full name, or number you want to search for. The contacts that match the criteria are displayed. To clear what you have entered, tap Clear��. - The local contacts are matched first during search. To search the LDAPS corporate directory, tap Click to search the corporate directory. - You can pull down to load more LDAP contacts that match the criteria.

To use the contacts list of the Android TE Mobile to initiate a simple conference, perform the following operations: 1. On the main page, tap Contact. The contacts list page is displayed. 2. Select the contacts to be called and initiate a voice or video call.

To initiate a call on the iOS TE Mobile directory page, perform the following operations: 1. On the main page of the iPhone or iPad, tap Contact. The Contacts Screen page is displayed. 2. Select the contacts to be called and initiate a voice or video call. For details, see 6.5.1 Initiating a Simple Conference from the Contacts Screen.

eSpace 7900 series: Access the phone web page as a common user. Choose Preferences > Contacts. Click Import. Select the modified file to import. NOTE: When you import a modified .csv contact file to the phone as a new one, ensure that the contact file information is correct and the encoding format is UTF-8. For example, you can open the .csv file using Excel, change the cell format to the text format, edit the contact information, and save the file in the CSA (Comma delimited) format. After the file is saved, open the file in Notepad and change the file encoding format to UTF-8. eSpace 8850: Put the prepared contact file into the root directory of a USB flash drive or an SD card. From the Contacts screen, choose More > Import. Select an external storage device Select an import mode. Overwrite: Existing contacts are removed. Add: Existing contacts are retained. Tap Select.
