Can the TE Desktop display presentation independently but not in a PoP layout (up-to-down or right-to-left)?

Configure a corporate directory on the TE Desktop, TE Desktop for Mac, and TE Mobile as follows: Export the corporate directory as a CVS file, edit the CVS file, and import the CVS file.

To download the TE Mobile, perform the following operations: 1. Use a mobile phone or tablet to log in to Google Play or Huawei HiSpace and access the app search page. 2. Click the Search tab, enter TE-Mobile in the search text box, and click Search. The same app named TE Mobile is used for mobile phones and tablets. 3. Download the TE Mobile as prompted. Download the TE Desktop and TE Desktop for Mac at the following links: TE Desktop software download and TE Desktop for Mac software download. If you do not have an account or if your account does not have the required permission, contact the agent.

Log in to the web interface, choose System Settings > Input/Output > Video Input, and set Mirroring for the input port of the camera.

To display presentation for both videos and presentation on TE series endpoints, perform the following operations: Log in to the endpoint web interface and check the configuration of the video input source. For details, see Administrator Guide 6.4 Selecting Video Sources.

To solve the issue: 1) Check that the issue is not caused by hardware movement. For example, check that the camera is not shaking. 2) Connect the camera directly to the monitor. If there is no flicker, the camera is working properly, so the endpoint must be faulty. Contact the videoconferencing system administrator and ask them to repair the endpoint. If the issue persists, send the camera to the reseller for repair.
