For the solution if an MCU is offline on the SMC2.0:
1. Log in to Huawei Enterprise Technical Support Website.
2. Search for SMC2.0.
3. Select the version number to obtain the product documentation.
4. View the section about how to add MCUs in the product documentation.
Both ViewPoint 8000 series and VP9000 series MCUs support SIP.
The MCU can register with a SIP server and supports SIP trunk configuration. The configuration method is as follows:
1. Log in to the MCU web interface.
2. Choose Settings > H.323 and SIP and click the SIP tab.
3. Select Enable SIP and set related parameters to configure SIP functions.
To connect the VP9630 to the SMC2.0 for cascading with other MCUs, perform the following operations:
Add the VP9630 to the SMC2.0, and use the SMC2.0 to schedule conferences. In this way, the VP9630 can cascade with the VP9660. For details, see the section about cascading in the SMC2.0 Administrator Guide.

3. Select the version number.
