There are four methods for creating a snapshot in an OceanStor V3 storage system:
1. You can manually create snapshots for LUNs using OceanStor DeviceManager.
2. You can use OceanStor ReplicationDirector to configure a periodic snapshot policy for LUNs. Then, snapshots will be periodically created for LUNs.
3. You can manually create snapshots for file systems using OceanStor DeviceManager.
4. You can configure a periodic snapshot policy for file systems using OceanStor DeviceManager. Then, snapshots will be periodically created for file systems.
