Introduction to the CH220 V3

The CH220 V3 I/O expansion 2-socket compute node (CH220 V3 for short) expands PCIe resources by supporting standard graphics processing units (GPUs) and solid-state drive (SSD) cards.
CH220 V3 compute nodes are installed in an E9000 chassis and centrally managed by the MM910 management module (MM).
The CH220 V3 is ideal for the fields requiring quick processing of graphics, images, and applications, such as, oil exploration, animation rendering, scientific computing, and seismic processing.

V3 disk modules are described as follows: A disk module provides storage capacity for service data and functions as system coffers.

V3 disk enclosure
V3 disk enclosures are described as follows: A disk enclosure adopts a modular design and consists of a system enclosure, expansion modules, power modules, and disk modules.

V3 power module
V3 power modules are described as follows: The storage system supports AC power modules. Power modules can ensure that the controller enclosure works correctly in maximum power consumption mode.

V3 management module
V3 management modules are described as follows: The management module provides management ports including USB ports, management network ports, serial ports, and maintenance network ports.

V3 expansion module
V3 expansion modules are described as follows: Each expansion module provides one PRI expansion port and one EXP expansion port. An expansion module is connected to the controller module and disk enclosure through expansion ports to support their communication and data transmission.
