Problem Description
CGW is offline on the SMC. As per the below image, the status is grey and it should be green.
Solution
1. Log in to the SMC 2.0 and choose Start > Administrative Tools > Services to start the converged gateway service.
2. Log in to the SMC, access the Devices > Converged Gateways page, find the converged gateway, and click Edit for it. Then check whether the IP address of the converged gateway is the IP address of the server where the converged gateway is installed.
