The customer was unable to access the system-view via the console port.
'You don't have permission to operate this command' was the error message.
We tried to lower the privileges and increase back with no result.

The customer was plugging the console cable in the SLAVE MPU console port, which is the reason for the malfunction.
You must plug the console cable in the MASTER MPU for this to work, NOT in the SLAVE MPU - this is mandatory.
