Sorry, I wasn't able to see your image until now. The bootloader version is too old. The only option to recover the password is to reset device completely. If you proceed with this option you'll need to have a backup of the configuration as it will be deleted too. ATN910 has a RST button to reset device. This RST button can only be used to delete passwords and configuration files on device. Once the RST button is pressed, the device start to reset.

Then, keep pressed between 25 and 35 seconds until the PWR, STA and ALM indicators blink green color, release the RST button so the device can start to delete automatically the passwords and configurations files. If the RST button keep pressed (aproximately 10s) until the 3 indicators stop blink simultaneosly, the device will only reset without delete passwords and configuration files. Hope it helps! |
