connection with AP5010SN-GN

Hi,

i'm afef from satec Tunisia. we are Huawei Partner.

we have installed recently to our client Movenpick AP5010SN-GN, AP7110DN-AGN and AC6605.

he tried many times to connect with iPhones and Sony mobiles. the mobile showed connected but no internet.

how we can resolve this problem ??
