Connection from internet ...

Connection from internet to node.js server on local PC connected to HUAWEI Model HB434666RBC

I have opeend TCP port 3200 on Huawei router and set values for viritual server.

I think I have filled inn relevant setting but I get no contact from internett using http://ipAdressLocalPC:3200/apps/xxx


I can reach the node server from my iPad when PC and iPad are both connected to Huawei router


Is it possible to reach the PC on local network from internett ?


Can anyone help?
