Connection Failure Caused by Port Attribute Difference

During network commissioning, engineers found that the U2000 server (product model: 2288HV5) failed to connect to the Optix OSN 7500 and the network port indicators on the two devices were off. The topology is as follows:

The query result shows that the rate of the OSN7500 management network port is 10/100M,

The 2288HV5 network port is a GE electrical port with a rate of 1000 Mbit/s and does not support the 10/100 rate. Therefore, a 10/100/1000M adaptive switch needs to be connected between the two devices. After an 10/100/1000M adaptive switch is connected, the problem is solved. The topology is as follows:
