Hi, feixue!

The possible causes are as follows:

l  The network between the BMU and AD server is unreachable.

l  The service port of the AD server is incorrect.

l  The password of the AD server is incorrect.

To rectify the fault, perform the following steps:

1.  Confirm with the AD administrator whether the password is correct.

a) If the password is incorrect, change it.

b) If the password is correct, go to the next step.

2.  Log in to the BMU server.

3.  Run the ping AD server IP address command to check the network connectivity between the BMU and AD server.

a) If the network is unreachable, check and modify the AD server status, network adapter status, network cable connection status and network configuration to ensure that the network is reachable.

b) If the network is reachable, go to the next step.

4.  Run the telnet AD server IP address AD service port number command to check whether the AD service port can be

connected.

If the connection fails, the service port number has been changed or is mapped to another port through NAT. Contact the AD

administrator to obtain the related information.

I hope I can help you!
