Connect to router

New installed Sun2000 inverter. I can't connect inverter to a router. Incorrect password message keep coming up all the time when I try to establish connection between inverter and router. Strong network signal. Right password. Don't work anyway. What shall I do?

@user_4163851 , it may be related to the router but you can test it like this:

 - create a mobile hotspot from a second mobile phone;

 - try to connect the inverter to this mobile hotspot from the 3'rd step of the Quick Settings menu.

If works normally and connects to the mobile hotspot and to the management system, means that there is something with the router settings, maybe the encryption way, maybe the "combined 2.4GHz /5 GHz frequencies" into a single common band and you need to connect locally into the router admin page and check.

Check and let us know th results.

The login password is the same as that for the SUN2000 connected to the app and is used only when
the SUN2000 connects to the app.
 The preset password for a common user, advanced user, and special user is 00000a. Use the preset
password upon initial login. To ensure account security, change the password immediately after
login.
 During login, if five consecutive invalid password attempts are made (the interval between two
consecutive attempts is less than 2 minutes), the account will be locked for 10 minutes. The
password should consist of 6 characters.

if no connect to SUN2000

reset admin password

Procedure:
Step 1 Turn off the AC switch.
Step 2 Turn off the SUN2000L DC switch and battery switch.
Step 3 After all indicators on the SUN2000L panel are off, turn on the AC switch.
Step 4 Wait for the LED AC indicator (LED2) on the panel blinks, and turn off the AC
switch.
The interval between two power-off operations cannot exceed 3 minutes.
Step 5 Turn on the battery switch, AC switch, and DC switch in sequence. All three
LED indicators blink.
Step 6 About 30 seconds later, all three LEDs are off, and the initial passwords are
restored successfully.
The Wi-Fi network is restored to the initial password “Changeme” and the FusionHome app is
restored to the initial password “00000a”.
