Connect the FC port on the CX311 module on the E9000 to the external FC switch

There are 6 CH121 blade servers and 2 CX311 modules on the E9000, of which CH121 is equipped with 1 MZ512 buckle card, CX311 has two 8G FC modules, and the external switch is SNS2248.
