Connect SmartLogger with a SCADA

Hello, two SmartLogger2000 must be connected with a SCADA, by Modbus TCP/IP protocol. This requires knowing the Modbus map of the SmartLogger2000. Can anybody help me? Can someone own and share this Modbus address document with me? Thanks.
