We know that the inverter has several communication modes, 485 communication 4G bar communication, PLC communication, small machine and wireless communication, can connect to the router.
Today, let's see how to connect the 485 cable of the inverter. The wiring terminals vary according to the inverter type.
For example, SUN2000-50KTL-C1 and SUN2000-70KTL-C1 can be directly connected in the maintenance compartment.

The 485 cable can be directly connected to the inverter with a maintenance compartment. 1 and 3 are a group, and 2 and 4 are a group.

However, the 1/3 group is connected to the 2/4 group in parallel. The 485 cable is defined as follows: But it cann't be misplaced, like 1 and 2 are positive, but you cann't put 1 and 4, or 2 and 3 into a group. Here, I will introduce another type of SUN2000-28KTL inverter. This inverter has no wiring terminal. Only one rj45 connector is available. 1 and 2 are a group, and 4 and 5 are a group. When crimping the crystal head, do not press the wrong button.

There are three types of models: Terminal block, 1/3 group of the 50KTL inverter, or 2/4 group. The terminal block is not only four terminals. Do not connect the terminal block first, group 5 and group 7, and group 6 and group 8, the cable connections are as follows: No matter which model is used, the 485 cable must have a shield layer.

Generally, the grounding effect of the 485 cable is better than that of the two ends. In addition, the 485 cable must be shielded from the strong current. Otherwise, the interference is too high and the inverter communication is interrupted.
