Conflic Static IP in Range IP Pool Cause MA5200 ADSL User Disconnect Frequently

MA5200 ADSL user login to internet unstable, connect and automatic disconnect.

Alarm Information
Have many alarm message ilegal MAC:

  --[2005/11/15 16:54:27-][AAA][0030-4f42-cb43]:Receive start accounting ack from RADIUS successfully(UserID = 27764)
  --[2005/11/15 16:54:58-][PPPOE][0030-4f42-cb43]:Received invalid PADT packet with illegal MAC(Session ID = 7716)
  --[2005/11/15 16:54:58-][PPPOE][0030-4f42-cb43]:Received invalid PADT packet with illegal MAC(Session ID = 7716)

Handling Process
1. Check connection and setup for ADSL Modem, it's OK.
2. Check ADSL port, line status on MA5303 equipment, it's OK.
3. Check data configuration on BRAS MA5200G we find out problem, some PC fixed static IP, but in data config of MA5200G without command: exclude-ip-address: 
4. Enter the command for static IP then resolved problem:exclude-ip-address.
Root Cause
Conflic static IP with range IP pool (static IP in the same IP pool), when ADSL user get IP in IP pool the same static IP the have error meesage and ADSL user disconnect.
Suggestions
Pay attention static IP, this high priority in IP pool, should be excluded.
