Configuring Boards
Configure boards in the web management system according to the actual hardware configuration of the U1900 series unified gateways. The configured data will support subsequent configuration such as user number allocation and trunk configuration.

Procedure
- Use an administrator account to log in to the web management system of a U1900 series unified gateway.
- Choose .
- Click to refresh the
page.
Before configuring boards, click Refresh to ensure that the information displayed on the page is the same as the actual board configuration.
- Click the Slot x
icon. According to the value of Actual board on the
device displayed in the lower left corner, select the corresponding
board from the drop-down list box.
If the board type selected is MTU, the MTU Parameter Configuration dialog box is displayed. In the dialog box, set Number of VMS Channels and Conference board and save the data. Number of VMS Channels specifies the number of concurrent messages in the voice mailbox service. The specifications in the purchased license prevail.
- Click Data Save in the upper right corner of the web management system.
