This procedure uses VP1 as an example and is also applicable to VP2.
- Select the network connection between VP1 and the switch and rename it SMC2.0.
- Right-click SMC2.0 and choose Properties from the shortcut
menu.
The SMC2.0 Properties window is displayed.
- Deselect Internet Protocol Version 6(TCP/IPv6).
- Double-click Internet Protocol Version
4(TCP/IPv4).
The Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)Properties window is displayed.
- Click the General tab. Based on the service
network plan in Network Plan, set the parameters, as shown
in Figure 1.
- Set IP address to 10.68.160.101.
- Set Subnet mask to 255.255.254.0.
- Set Default gateway to 10.68.160.1.
- Set Preferred DNS server to 10.68.160.103.

The SMC2.0 Properties window is displayed.
- Click OK.
