The case content is as follows:
Problem Description
Customer doing the TL1 command for OLT device getting below error.
EN=2689017509 ENDESC=Configuring the board fails
Problem Analysis
According to the log, after the flow is deleted and the ONT is deleted, residual data exists on the PON board. As a result, the data on the NE is inconsistent with that on the board during the subsequent flow creation. (The information about the flow is still displayed on the board.) The board does not have the flow ID. During the flow creation, the board checks the flow ID. It is found that the board already exists. Therefore, an error message is returned
Root Cause
If there is no service flow corresponding to port 12, the VPID 117 board considers that traffic streams are repeatedly created on other boards. Therefore, the VPID 117 board is occupied by other boards. if the VPID 117 board is used again, the VPID board can be successfully created.
Solution:
1.The fault can be rectified after the active/standby switchover or system reset. If no protection group is configured, reset the system. However, a message sending exception may occur when the system runs for a long time.
2. recommended upgrade to R17C00 SPH208 later version or R18 version.
