Hi, this is a video about configuring OTN service in E2E mode by using OTU boards, hope it's useful for you.

Before setting OTU service type and create trail, need to create logical fiber connection as per physical patching at all NEs. If no trail creation will be failed.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
