For the V100R004 version terminals, there is no need to register the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) UEs if the global parameter IMEI Collection switch is set to Enable. The eUDC660 management system can automatically collect and entry the terminal information after the UEs access to the network. NOTICE: If EIR whitelist switch and IMEI Collection switch is enabled at the same time. Only IMEIs through WiFi can access the eUDC system. Other IMEIs can not access the eUDC system and need to be registered manually.
Specifies the Simple Password Switch according to the security requirement. If the switch is set to Enable, the system will not verify password complexity during registration. Procedure Log in to the eUDC660 Management System as a user with appropriate authorities. For more details, see How to Log In to the eUDC660 Management System.
The default user and password is opuser/eLTE@com123.
Choose Networking > UDC Local Configuration > Network-wide Parameter. The Network-wide Parameter page is displayed. Set the IMEI Collection to Enable.
NOTICE: In the case of enabling the switch, UE registration automatically and can access to eUDC system.
Set the Simple Password Switch to Enable.
NOTICE: In the case of using the simple password, the system will not verify password complexity.
Click OK. A message is displayed, indicating that the operation is successful. Click Confirm.
