This post addresses the process of configuring eDesk proxy information functions. More information to be found below.


Usually, the service engineer can log in to the network device directly through the eDesk tool and inspect the network device.


If the enterprise network equipment is distributed in different areas, the eDesk tool can not log directly into the device via the proxy server to access the remote network equipment.


Then, we need to configure the agent in the tool information. When there are multiple proxy devices between the eDesk tool and the network device, you need to configure multiple proxy servers and specify the login order of the proxy device.
