configuring a Back Up L2vpn

Hi Guys,


is it possible to configure a back up L2vpn (pseudowire) on an mpls network?

Hi,
I think it's possible to do that. We can use the IGP to control the route selecting, so that a backup could be used when the main routing down.
But I'm not sure what you mean pesudowire, do you mean the VLL or VPLS?

so, i have a CE which has two links (Primary and Secondary) to two different PE's in an MPLS network. Upstream there is another CE on the other end but with one link only. i have a L2vpn configured but right now it can nly use the primary link. Question is, can i configure a back up L2vpn to run over the secondary link so that when the primary is down the secondary can kick in?
