Configure URL filtering on USG2110-F V100R003C03SPC100

Ok....which features do i have to configure on the web portal? any link for documentation?

I went through the new documentation so many times and most of the features don't apply to the V1R3.

I have contacted Huawei support to help me a couple of weeks ago and as they can't look up the serial number, as I guess it is too old, they have asked for the contact number which I don't have. Even though I do have that I assume it would be expired. And they wouldn't help me. I want to know if it is possible to upgrade it to any other latest version. Because I tried to update directly to V3R1, it didn't work. I have read that to upgrade to V3R1 you must have at least V1R5....and V1RX has been locked from the download portal.

Please advice

I think if there is nothing positive from the forum as well my only choice would be to throw that firewall away.

there isn't URL filtering and Application behavior content function for USG2110-F.
you may buy USG6300 or USG6600, then can apply these functions
