Today, I'd like to share a case.
Problem Description
【Problem Summary】configure NAT on U2000 server and client side
Issue:> U2000 Client Getting Hanged when Login with NATTED IP
Problem Analysis
1.Login to the OSMU:> https://U2000 Master IP:31123/
2.Stop the U2000 Board Services .
GO TO>Genaral>NAT Configuration.
Host Name and IP address before NAT will be automatically feeded no need to change.
Only fill Host Alias Prefix like Ossvr1 and IP address after NAT confirmed by Peer END. Click save.
On confirmation dialog Box Click YES
Also change the host file of windows on PC.
Root Cause
It has been observed that there are Natting at customer end so need to configure NAT on
U2000 server
and configure the windows host file on Client end and NMS End and local PC also.
