when I make a conference by smc , the error 'Service area Failed to schedule the conference. Possible causes are as follows: 1. The MCU or recording server resources required by the conference are insufficient. 2. The MCU cannot meet the preset conference settings such as the continuous presence mode. 3. The MCU cannot provide the multi-channel capability. Contact the administrator.
(Error code 0x110000E2)'

please help me solve this problem.

You can try the following methods to solve the problem:

Log in to the SMC2.0 web interface.
Choose System > Settings > Service Areas.
Click Add Service Area to add a service area.
Create a conference again.
