Hi LaiLai18,
The WLAN protocol is limited by the AP, not the AC. The only thing the AC needs to do here is telling the AP (via configuration) which protocol it should use. This is a software-controlled thing. Normally all APs are compatible with all ACs as long as the versions are compatible. This can be verified in the following list: Mapping Software Versions. https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100096146&id=EN-US_CONCEPT_0176928947&lang=en
As long as the versions between the AC and the AP are compatible they will be able to work together and use the full capacity of the AP.
Please also consider that at some point in order to keep up with the developments in technology the older ACs will reach their milestone and updates will no longer be provided for them. Here is the lifecycle notice for AC6005: End of Life Announcement for AC6005-8-PWR-8AP. https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/bulletins-product/ENEWS2000003026
For now please rest assured that I have also confirmed with the expert all ACs can deliver 802.11ax configuration to the APs and you can use them. Just make sure that the latest version is installed on them.
I hope it helps!
