Commission a GPU Passthrough VM

Hello, team!

We want users to be able to use 3D graphics software on the graphics processing units (GPU) pass-through virtual machines.

So I want to commission a GPU passthrough VM, do you know how to do it?

Hello, Helen!

1. Open your web browser, enter the service plane IP address of the WI server in the address box, and press Enter.

The FusionAccess page is displayed.

2. Click the GPU passthrough VM icon.

The GPU passthrough VM OS page is displayed.

3. In the taskbar on the VM desktop, click Start. Enter dxdiag in the Search programs and files text box, and press Enter.

The DirectX Diagnostic Tool dialog box is displayed.

4. Click Yes.

The DirectX Diagnostic Tool page is displayed.

5. Click the Display tab.

6. In the DirectX Functions area, check whether Direct3D Acceleration is Available.

7. On the VM, open the target 3D graphics software. If it runs properly, the GPU passthrough feature can be used on the VM.
