An alarm is generated, indicating that the commercial license for the eSpace U1930 is about to expire.

Fault Location
- Verify the license type.
On the eSpace U1930, run the show license command. It is found that Local Survival is True. The eSpace U1930 on the customer's live network is not connected to the PBX on the main node. Therefore, an alarm about license expiration is generated.
According to the information Attrib="COMM, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL" in the license file, the license is a commercial license instead of a temporary license.

Obtain the contract ID based on the equipment serial number (ESN) and authentication information, and query the license activation information on the flexnet operations (FNO) website. It is found that the customer has bought two licenses. One is the standard voice user license, and the other is a license containing the local survival function. Both licenses are activated using the same ESN.
- NOTE:
The FNO website supports license expansion. If two commercial licenses are activated using the same ESN on a device, the system regards this as a license expansion by default and automatically merges the license activated earlier to the newly activated license. As a result, the current license is a license for standard voice users and the local survival function at the same time.
On the live network, only one independent PBX is deployed, which is not connected to the main node. The local survival function is triggered, which is available only for 30 days.
Solution
- Based on the number of users on the live network, apply for a standard voice user license and load it on the device to ensure that services run stably.
- Apply for a commercial license that does not support the local survival function.
- Load the new license.
