This topic describes how to collect fault information on the eSpace Desktop.
On the PC where the eSpace Desktop is installed, right-click the eSpace icon in the system tray and choose Collect Log. The system automatically collects log information. When the collection is finished, the system automatically opens the directory for storing the file containing log information collected.
If the eSpace Desktop can not be login, please obtain the log files according to the Log List.
Fault information collected includes related log files generated during client running and system information, where personal information and sensitive information is encrypted. Keep privacy data secure and handle it properly in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
