Collect the Logs of the SNS FC Switch

For SNS2124&SNS2224&SNS2248&SNS3096&SNS5192&SNS5384 FC switch log, please login the FC switch by admin and then execute “supportsave”
For the 7.4.0a and later version, the ftp feature is closed by default, and we advise you use the sftp to download the log, and if you need to use the ftp, enable it by the following steps:
Step 1: Confirm the current version and no ftp shown by configupload

Step 2: disable the “Enfore secure config Upload/Download” by configurechassis

Step 3: enter “ctrl+d” to save and exit the configure.
Step4: check the configuration of the ftp by execute “configdownload” .

Here you can see the ftp has been enabled. And then you can use the ftp feature to supportsave the log the switch.
Note:
After collecting the logs, you are advised to disable FTP..
