Collect the Logs of the SNS FC Switch

please login the FC switch by admin and then execute “supportsave”

Step 1: Confirm the current version and no ftp shown by configupload

Step 2: disable the “Enfore secure config Upload/Download” by configurechassis

Step 3: enter “ctrl+d” to save and exit the configure.

Step4: check the configuration of the ftp by execute “configdownload”

Here you can see the ftp has been enabled. And then you can use the ftp feature to supportsave the log the switch.

After collecting the logs, you are advised to disable FTP.
