To collect server logs from IBMC, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to IBMC login WEBUI

You can enter https://XX.XX.XX.XX (the IP address of the server) on the explorer.

Then enter the username and password. The default username and password are Administrator and Admin@9000.

2. Choose Information -> Incformation Summary ->Common Operation Shortcut -> One-Click Info Collection

3. When Information Collect is complete, a file named dump_info.tar.gz is generated

4. Click the file name and download the file to the local PC as prompted.

You will see the file on the left of the explorer.
