  1. The output level of each channel can be reduced based on the maximum output level. The CMC output is flat. The output level of each channel can be configured. Configure the output level for channels one by one. The maximum downstream output level can be set by running the cable downstreamchannel-id rf-power value command.
  2. When the configured upstream input level is out of the value range specified by the protocol, the CMC adjusts the upstream input level. According to the DOCSIS 3.1 standard, upstream input levels vary according to modulation modes.
  3. The values are obtained on CMC RF_OUT ports when the optical receiver is shut down.
  4. DOCSIS 3.1 MER test conditions:
    • 192 MHz OFDM channel, total frequency width 528 MHz (2 x 192 MHz + 144 MHz)
    • Equal to 88 DOCSIS 3.0 channels (calculated using the U.S. standard 6M channel bandwidth)

I am very interested for this sharing , which is very helpful to our daily work.

and the notice is very important , we should obey the rules , like :

When the configured upstream input level is out of the value range specified by the protocol, the CMC adjusts the upstream input level. According to the DOCSIS 3.1 standard, upstream input levels vary according to modulation modes.

its so great
I was already disappointed with this community. I feel that this community has no future, and my heart is full of sorrow. But after reading this post, I made hope for the community. It is you who let my heart rekindle the fire of hope. It is you who have revived my heart. You saved me a cool and cool heart!
Originally, I decided not to return any posts in the community, but after reading your post, I told myself that this post must be returned! This is a rare sticker that has been rare for a hundred years! Heaven has eyes, let me see such a wonderful post in the eugenic year.

  • Reliable: Multiple powered devices (PDs) are powered by a single power-sourcing equipment (PSE) device, facilitating power backup.
  • Easy to deploy: Network terminals can be powered over network cables, without needing external power sources.
  • Standard: PoE complies with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at, and all PoE devices use uniform power sources and can be connected to PDs of different vendors.

CRC is a commonly used method to detect transmission errors in a communication system. It checks for transmission errors by adding redundancy codes to the original data. Transmission errors are more likely to be detected when more redundancy codes are added, but data is transmitted at a lower efficiency. Use the 16-bit or 32-bit CRC mode as required.

The serial interface has been configured to work in synchronous mode by using the physical-mode command.

If you run the crc command multiple times in the same serial interface view, only the latest configuration takes effect.

After performing the following operations to restart the device, you can log in to the device through the console port without entering the password only this time. The original console port login password is still saved in the configuration file. This post was last edited by littlestone at 2018-10-31 06:14.
