【Problem description】
Customer feeds back that the VCN540 cluster status is abnormal.
【Problem analysis】
1. Logged in master server and found one VCNwas offline.
2. After a while, the offline VCN servicesautomatically restarted and went online.
3. Analyzed related logs and found an errorimplying out of memory.
4. The PCG service was running, whichoccupied a lot of memory.
【Root cause】
The PCG service was running, but normally under cluster mode PCG serviceshould be disabled when there is no third-party platform connected, whichoccupied memory, and caused VCN rebooting and services frequent offline.
【Solution description】
1. Manually stopped the PCG services.
2. After observing for a week, we confirmed the issue had been solved.
