Hello everyone, I have encountered a problem about clock source synchronization. I will share it with you today.
I have a CloudIVS3000. After the NTP clock source is configured, the time does not change.
The product version is V100R019C20SPC521.
The specific configuration is as follows:
The IP address of the upper-level clock source has been entered, but the time offset is still the same one day later.
The check result shows that a button for forcible time synchronization is displayed. After this button is enabled, the time check is reduced and the synchronization starts.
Checked to the documentation, when the synchronization time offset is greater than 3 minutes and the forcible synchronization function is disabled, time synchronization will not start.
