Issue Description
1- Customer reported that many of the cameras are having stream latency, freezing and image cutting.

2- After checking we found that there was a packet loss as below so we confirmed that there's a high possibility it was caused by a network issue.

3- But customer confirmed that there was another vendor having their platform on the same network but the image was working smoothly for them.
4- We also changed the cameras resolution but the issue still existed.
5- Issue happened randomly, not for certain cameras.
Handling Process
1- We checked the configurations on all the clients that pushed the streams to the video wall.
2- We found that the configuration were not the same for all the clients.
3- We selected the TCP protocol and disabled the support multicast (UDP) for all clients that were pushing stream.

Root Cause
All the clients which were pushing the stream to the video wall were having different configurations and applied protocols which affected some of the cameras videos randomly.
Solution
1- We checked the configurations on all the clients that pushed the streams to the video wall.
2- We found that the configuration were not the same for all the clients.
3- We selected the TCP protocol and disabled the support multicast (UDP) for all clients that were pushing stream.
