CloudEngine S12700E-8 - 100FX S12708E problem

Hello,

Our partner bought from us 2pc of S12708E, CN 0Y02031900130H.

The software version is v200R019C00

 

On LST7G48SX6E0 card SN 101990048333 has to use 100Base-FX SFP for IP cam and Gridcontrolling. During the configuration, when they want to set speed to 100apears there is an error : Error: This port or this mode does not support this command.

 

How can switch to mode for be able o use FX SFPs?

Hi,

The card does not support 100 modules/cables.

I double-checked and the LST7G48SX6E0 board only supports this following module:

The 100Base-FX is not included. That is why you cannot set the speed.
